ABOUT
Chris Muench is a Front-end Developer living in the Southern CA area. I have been doing development and design websites (and some print here and there) professionally since 2001 (but off and on since 1999). I starting out as a musician, but after that ended I did what they all do I became a graphic designer. While doing graphic design I kept getting pushed into development and eventually falling in love with front-end development.
I keep learning as much as I can in in the development field and expanding his knowledge in as many forms of front-end development as possible (well as my work will permit).

Famous Interactive | 2009 – Present
Famous Interactive (Famous Group) is a digital design agency located in lovely Culver City CA. making websites/phone apps/Facebook apps/etc. for a diverse clientele.
I’m a lead front-end developer on a team of 6. I work with the designers and developers to take site designs from PSD to all the HTML/CSS on the visible site. we work in a ASP.net environment, but not limited to it (WordPress, PHP).

Booeep | 2007 – 2009
Booeep built celebrity website where fans could interact or learn more about the celebrity. I was first hire to Booeep as a designer, but was thrown into front-end development where I ended up thriving in.
I would take site designes from PSD’s and exucute them into HTML site. I worked with the lead PHP developer for a full web experience.

HypeCouncil | 2005 – 2007
HypeCouncil was my first real design gig outside of freelance work. HypeCouncil was an online advertising company that did rich media banner ads for niche markets on 2nd and 3rd tier website.
I would take artwork from the client and design/build interactive flash banner ads. This was the last time I worked with flash.
